Humankind are a Specialist LGBT+ Support Service for young people aged 11 to 25 in South Tyneside.
The service provides one to one support; family work; peer support networks and workshops. The service also works with core organizations operating in South Tyneside to improve LGBT+ awareness. Humankind are also working with schools to provide the partnership scheme, the Rainbow Flag Award and also to promote LGBT+ inclusivity.
The team at Humankind are running a brand new virtual session for young people and their parents, via zoom, this Thursday the 20th August from 12:00-13:30 to celebrate the launch of the new South Tyneside LGBT+ support service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for young people and their parents to learn further about the service, as well as participate in some really fun and engaging activities with potential prizes to be won.

South Tyneside Sexual Health work in partnership with Human Kind providing access to remote STI testing and community condom schemes available via the Human Kind outreach team.
