Healthwatch Mental Health Survey
National research suggests the mental health of more than two-thirds of the UK population has worsened during the pandemic.
As the UK starts the phased return out of lockdown, local Healthwatch teams would like to understand how residents of South Tyneside are feeling about their own mental health.
