To accommodate patients / service users and provide the best possible clinical environment, we are pleased to announce the service will be operating full time from Palmers Community Hospital as of next week.
The new clinic location based in Jarrow aims to ensure our patients have a central location with good accessibility for residents of South Tyneside and surrounding areas .
Palmers Community Hospital is located directly opposite Jarrow bus and metro station providing good transport links into service for patients.
